  • •Build and implement AI-enabled workflows, automations, playbooks, and decision-support tools to improve execution efficiency and visibility.
  • •Analyze cross-functional workflows to identify bottlenecks and drive scalable process improvements using systems thinking.
  • •Optimize PMO operations (intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, governance, resource management, and executive reporting) and partner with senior leaders to improve decision-making.
