Key Responsibilities

•Own and strengthen client relationships, driving retention and revenue growth
•Deliver high-quality service throughout renewals and day-to-day inquiries
•Ensure compliance, accurate documentation and strong operational discipline
•Take ownership of issues and collaborate across Aon to resolve them
•Support credit control and help manage account/payment queries

Key Requirements

•Strong technical ability on all major classes of insurance with a good understanding of insurer market dynamics
•Excellent listening and communication skills; ability to negotiate effectively
•Adaptable, organized, focused and self-disciplined with a results-driven mindset
•Proven ability to follow business procedures and processes
•Experience in client relationship management and cross-functional collaboration
