Job Summary

Lead digital radar test and evaluation activities supporting advanced radar capabilities across HWIL, SIL, and field environments. Plan and execute radar test events, generate modeling/simulation scenarios, and conduct deep radar data analyses to validate algorithm/software updates against flight test truth data. Produce rigorous performance reports and support technical reviews, while collaborating with systems, software, and algorithm teams to diagnose anomalies and improve verification and readiness for ground and flight test events.

Key Responsibilities

•Generate, run, and interpret modeling and simulation scenarios to predict radar performance and compare results to flight test truth data and radar outputs.
•Support real-time and near-real-time field analysis during test events, including reach-back to development teams and validating sensor behavior.
•Collaborate with cross-discipline engineers, program leadership, and government stakeholders to define analysis objectives, prioritize data sets, and communicate findings.
•Produce analysis reports, performance assessments, test-event summaries, and presentation materials for internal reviews and customer briefings.
•Contribute to technical reviews and support engineering activities including systems validation, algorithm performance assessment, and test-event reconstruction.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
•Experience with radar waveforms, radar beamforming, and/or signal processing.
•Experience with MATLAB and Python (and/or other programming languages).
•Experience with system integration, verification, validation, and/or testing.
•Experience with technical and/or functional leadership.
