Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand product lifecycle and associated industry standards to improve validation effectiveness and efficiency.
  • •Review and challenge test plans, coverage, and testing activities; recommend and instrument new validation approaches.
  • •Define test cases and PASS/FAIL criteria for functional and non-functional requirements, including cycle/statistical/temperature aspects.
  • •Plan and implement test automation strategy and supporting software architecture for in-house frameworks/tools.
  • •Execute validation flows, analyze results (e.g., bin Pareto), generate reports, and manage defects through root-cause and traceable reproduction steps.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in an engineering subject area (or equivalent).
  • •3+ years of validation experience crafting and implementing product test strategies.
  • •Deep knowledge of PCIe SSDs, NAND, memory storage hierarchy, and NVMe protocol.
  • •Strong Python scripting experience.
  • •Ability to analyze problems, diagnose root cause, and apply corrective actions.
