Key Responsibilities

  • •Turn the internship programme proposal into a clear delivery plan with steps, responsibilities, templates, and timelines.
  • •Support a consistent intern journey from attraction and selection through onboarding, development, and end-of-internship review.
  • •Coordinate university and candidate engagement, including research, communications, adverts, and recruitment events/interviews.
  • •Prepare onboarding materials, run check-ins, gather feedback during/after internships, and identify improvements for future programmes.
  • •Develop programme tools (templates, checklists, trackers, guides) and support reporting and presentations for stakeholders.
