Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, support, and drive origination and business development activities, corridors engagement, and collaborative initiatives.
  • •Ensure governance requirements are met, including briefing documents and timely completion of actions.
  • •Run management meetings and support client and internal engagement activities, including town halls, colleague events, and leadership/team meetings.
  • •Own KPI/KRI management and performance monitoring to assess and drive improvement across key customer journeys across sites.
  • •Support business continuity planning and major incident management, and collaborate on employee value proposition, cost and capacity management, recruitment requests, and related ad hoc queries/projects.

  • •Proven ability to collaborate with peers and senior stakeholders with strong understanding of HSBC Group structures, values, behaviours, processes, and objectives.
  • •Proactive self-starter with a growth mindset; able to take ownership and learn from senior colleagues.
  • •Strong prioritisation and control skills, including reviewing and reprioritising work, mitigating/escalating risks, and managing multiple complex projects at once.
  • •Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while setting and managing realistic expectations aligned to group strategy.
  • •Strong financial/acounting acumen, exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills, and stakeholder management/negotiation ability to drive consensus across business and global functions.
