Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead packaging workstreams across new product development and reformulation projects
  • •Identify and recommend packaging solutions aligned to product, shelf life, and customer requirements
  • •Partner with Commercial and Account teams to support customer briefs and presentations
  • •Translate customer requirements into practical packaging specifications and maintain documentation
  • •Support factory trials, validation, and implementation while ensuring compliance and suitability for manufacturing, supply chain, and scale-up

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or relevant experience in Packaging Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • •Experience in packaging, food manufacturing, or a technical environment
  • •Preferred exposure to FMCG, ingredients, or foodservice sectors
  • •Practical, solutions-oriented mindset
  • •Strong communication skills to simplify technical concepts
