Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor execution of project HSE activities and continually oversee site activity to ensure requirements are met per the project HSE plan and HSEMS.
  • •Develop and implement emergency response procedures and evacuation plans to support safe evacuation.
  • •Provide HSE training and deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and orientation on accident reporting and emergency actions.
  • •Ensure daily identification of hazards and unsafe conditions, raise observation reports, record corrective measures, and address violations with recommendations.
  • •Maintain inspection and log processes for safety equipment, mobile plant and gears, and fire extinguishers; provide daily/weekly/monthly HSE performance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • •Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses and developing effective mitigation strategies.
  • •Ability to investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and stakeholders to promote safety awareness.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills; minimum 5 years of relevant experience with GCC experience considered a plus.
