Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day facilities operations, including leasehold improvements, site maintenance, and office equipment readiness.
  • •Conduct facility inspections and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • •Supervise contractors and update documentation for service reports, contracts, and compliance records.
  • •Manage facility-related requests through ticketing systems and coordinate approvals with stakeholders within agreed SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • •Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
  • •Willingness to work extended hours or flexible schedules and to report on-site at Sutherland Pili CamSur.
  • •Knowledge of civil and structural building construction (interior and exterior works) and ability to design/compute Electrical and Mechanical plans.
  • •Hands-on operation and maintenance experience with generator sets, UPS systems, and other critical facility equipment.
