Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and continuously improve financial controls, processes, and reporting frameworks to ensure governance and compliance.
  • •Deliver timely month-end reporting and provide financial analysis to support commercial and operational decisions.
  • •Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasting, aligning financial targets with operational plans and managing cashflow and cash forecasts.
  • •Oversee payments, supplier settlements, debt collection, credit control, and maintain accurate AP, AR, and cash controls.
  • •Manage year-end audits and statutory reporting, and lead and develop an initial finance team with responsibility for scaling the function.

Key Requirements

  • •Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
  • •10 to 15 years’ plus post-qualification experience.
  • •Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or site-based operations.
  • •Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills.
  • •Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, including experience with audits and statutory reporting.
