Job Summary

Establish and lead a world-class finance function for Seven Al Hamra Food Hall, strengthening financial governance, accurate reporting, cash management, and commercial decision support. Partner with the Food Hall General Manager and TGP leadership to deliver month-end insights, dashboards, budgeting and rolling forecasts, and feasibility models for new sites and capital projects. Manage AP/AR and credit control, oversee audits and statutory compliance, and lead/scale the initial finance team.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and continuously improve financial controls, processes, and reporting frameworks to ensure governance and compliance.
•Deliver timely month-end reporting and provide financial analysis to support commercial and operational decisions.
•Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasting, aligning financial targets with operational plans and managing cashflow and cash forecasts.
•Oversee payments, supplier settlements, debt collection, credit control, and maintain accurate AP, AR, and cash controls.
•Manage year-end audits and statutory reporting, and lead and develop an initial finance team with responsibility for scaling the function.

Key Requirements

•Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
•10 to 15 years’ plus post-qualification experience.
•Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or site-based operations.
•Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills.
•Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, including experience with audits and statutory reporting.
