Key Responsibilities

  • •Be a hands-on yield owner for HBM NPI builds across post wafer finishing, assembly, and test, using defect breakdown and PFA to understand fail modes.
  • •Partner with Process Integration to identify incoming defects and support continuous improvement planning (CIP).
  • •Maintain yield dashboards and trackers and support PI/PE/Real Time Defect Analysis (RDA) by transforming processing data to account for yield loss.
  • •Analyze yield deviation issues, trigger action with PI/PE/RDA, and perform block-run/partial-conversion yield analysis to detect early impact.
  • •Identify SPC/FDC chart inputs with the Process Control Systems team to enable shift-left monitoring via Yield Loss Ratio (YLR) dashboard.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
  • •0–2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or engineering.
  • •Strong interest in yield analysis and data-driven problem solving.
  • •Basic knowledge of statistics, SPC, or data analysis tools.
  • •Ability to apply role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly in research and analysis.
