Job Summary

Own and improve lithography track and litho-resist module processes in Intel’s high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. You’ll develop and troubleshoot robust manufacturable process modules using tool alarms, equipment logs, SPC and metrology feedback, while driving preventive maintenance, excursion prevention, and continuous improvement for safety, quality, cost, productivity, and yield. You will also support factory ramps and technology transfers across global manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain a robust manufacturable litho-resist process module across key equipment and module operations.
•Troubleshoot tool and process issues using alarms, equipment logs, recipe settings, wafer history, SPC, metrology feedback, and defect/excursion data.
•Lead execution of maintenance, repair, recovery, and continuous improvement activities to improve equipment uptime and manufacturing performance.
•Own process development line items aligned to high-volume process nodes, including excursion prevention and detection of discrepant material or equipment/process activity.
•Support factory ramps and technology transfers by owning equipment install/conversion and qualification, and training/auditing outcomes across sites.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, or a related engineering STEM field with 4+ years of experience (or Master’s with 3+ years, or PhD with 6+ months).
•Semiconductor engineering experience supporting high-volume manufacturing ramps and technology transfers.
•Strong understanding of TEL CLEAN TRACK / LITHIUS Pro V coat-develop track operations, including wafer flow and module steps (e.g., spin coat, develop, bake/chill, HMDS, EBR, dispense).
•Working knowledge of lithography track processes including resist coating, bake steps, development, defect control, and CD/uniformity impacts.
•Ability to troubleshoot tool and process issues using alarms, equipment logs, recipe settings, SPC charts, metrology feedback, and defect/excursion data.
