Job Summary

Lead the start-up and industrialization of a new MDO production line for CPP-films. Partner with production, QC, and R&D to industrialize new products while ensuring process stability, output, quality, and efficiency. Act as a hands-on problem solver by implementing best practices and providing technical leadership and knowledge transfer to shopfloor team leaders and operators. Drive process troubleshooting and support upscaling and scale-up efforts.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the start-up and industrialization of a brand-new MDO production line for CPP-films.
•Work with production, QC, and R&D to industrialize new products.
•Ensure process stability, output, quality, and efficiency.
•Implement best practices and act as a problem solver on process issues.
•Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to team leaders and operators on the shopfloor.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related technical field) or equivalent experience.
•5+ years of proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally in the film industry.
•Strong operational mindset with hands-on experience working with machines.
•Solid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP-film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties).
•Experience with process troubleshooting and upscaling; fluent in Italian and English.
