Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the start-up and industrialization of a brand-new MDO production line for CPP-films.
  • •Work with production, QC, and R&D to industrialize new products.
  • •Ensure process stability, output, quality, and efficiency.
  • •Implement best practices and act as a problem solver on process issues.
  • •Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to team leaders and operators on the shopfloor.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related technical field) or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally in the film industry.
  • •Strong operational mindset with hands-on experience working with machines.
  • •Solid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP-film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties).
  • •Experience with process troubleshooting and upscaling; fluent in Italian and English.
