Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain the Quote Tool, rate cards, and building/zip code lists to ensure accurate vendor and client information and support a single source of truth.
  • •Acquire vendor information (building lists, rate cards, API capabilities, contacts, escalation matrices) and load/update it across the Platform, SharePoint, Quote Tool, and contracts.
  • •Analyze platform data to identify trends and generate insights (win rates, losing deals by customer/region/vendor), build vendor scorecards, and track KPIs.
  • •Partner with Sales and Regional Pricing Analysts to shape regional strategy, including onboarding vendors and adjusting portfolios for countries.
  • •Coordinate vendor onboarding and API onboarding/maintenance with the Dev team, handle US vendor/platform escalations and portal access, and lead projects for vendors to submit onboarding updates.
