Job Summary

Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend retail consumer and small-business solutions, and proactively set appointments using CAMP marketing tools. Drive cross-selling and outside sales activities, refer customers to mortgage and other business partners, and help meet production and customer experience goals tied to Financial Center performance. Support teller transaction processing and operate with strong risk management, confidentiality, and ethics.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify current and future customer needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
•Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
•Drive cross-selling to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and work as part of the platform staff while following retail policies, risk practices, and ethical conduct.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for credit and financial analysis.
•This role requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
