Key Requirements

  • •Employ semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes to support NAND technology development.
  • •Use statistical methods, volume data analysis, and experiment design to drive improvements.
  • •Perform electrical characterization of semiconductor devices using probe stations and test equipment such as Agilent 4155C/B1500, Agilent E8362B, oscilloscopes, and VF-TLP-PB systems.
