Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small business customers (annual revenues $500K–$2.5M) by demonstrating excellent customer service, deepening existing relationships, and developing new opportunities through outside prospecting and sales. Combine digital tools with human connection to achieve revenue targets and growth goals, complete account openings, and handle account servicing/maintenance. Collaborate with branch partners and refer clients to Business Banking and other U.S. Bancorp areas when needed.
