Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement annual MICE sales plans aligned to market trends and business objectives.

  • •Evaluate performance and reforecast in collaboration with Marketing, Revenue, and F&B teams; deliver weekly to annual performance reporting.
  • •Build and manage partnerships with PCOs, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders; represent the business at trade shows and events.
  • •Maintain and expand business from key accounts, analyze forward bookings, and drive MICE initiatives to optimize occupancy and conference utilization.

Key Requirements
