Key Responsibilities

•Own and administer HubSpot across sales and marketing functions.
•Onboard and train new sales team members within HubSpot.
•Build and optimize workflows, automations, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and reporting.
•Maintain CRM data hygiene, accuracy, and operational integrity.
•Build and launch landing pages for campaigns, outbound initiatives, trade shows, partnerships, and new business verticals.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in HubSpot, RevOps, GTM Systems, CRM Administration, or Marketing Operations.
•Deep hands-on HubSpot experience, including workflows, automations, landing pages, reporting, forms, and integrations.
•Strong understanding of marketing operations, lead generation, attribution, and funnel conversion.
•Experience supporting sales and marketing teams in fast-moving environments.
•Strong operational instincts and attention to detail.
