  • •Take end-to-end ownership of Attio’s marketing website, keeping it fast, beautiful, and technically excellent as it evolves.
  • •Translate high-fidelity designs into polished, performant, accessible user experiences using TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Motion.
  • •Collaborate across Studio, Brand, Product Marketing, and Growth to deliver layout, interaction design, animation, typography, and visual polish.
  • •Lead complex website projects from concept through to launch, guiding feasibility, timelines, and implementation.
  • •Continuously improve the marketing website’s architecture, tooling, and maintainability, and raise engineering standards through clean code and mentorship.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience building production-ready websites with a modern frontend stack including TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Motion.
  • •Strong visual taste and ability to interpret design systems (typography, spacing, animation, layout), working comfortably in Figma.
  • •Experience designing scalable website architecture, design systems, and workflows for long-term maintainability.
  • •Proven track record leading website projects end-to-end from concept through delivery, coordinating stakeholders and balancing constraints.
