Assistant Manager

Help run day-to-day facility operations at a Forge & Build location in Hartselle, Alabama. You’ll lead and mentor store associates, support sales and profitability goals with P&L accountability, manage inventory and expenses, and uphold safety, compliance, merchandising, and store/yard standards. You’ll also coordinate receiving and dispatch, resolve customer issues, support store maintenance, and help implement operational change while executing the growth strategy.
