Own the implementation and ongoing development of inventory systems and NSO processes across North America retail/outlet and Coffee Shops, and for Coach International in Travel Retail and the Americas region. Lead inventory systems management, testing, training, and rollout of new technology, and serve as project manager for new store openings, renovations, relocations, and closings. Use analytics to drive continuous improvement and maintain expert knowledge of in-store applications.

•Manage and continuously develop inventory systems (MIMS, PCS, Datascan, Nedap/RFID).
•In partnership with Inventory Control, IT, and cross-functional teams, define requirements for inventory system changes and enhancements.
•Lead testing, training, communication, and procedural documentation for new and updated system enhancements and implementations.
•Lead pilots and rollouts of new technology, ensuring alignment with business partners.
•Serve as project manager for new store openings, renovations, relocations, and closings, coordinating with corporate partners and Field Leadership.

Salary: USD 100,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
