Job Summary

Drive sales and GTM performance analytics by partnering with Sales, Sales Operations, Strategy & Planning, FP&A, Compensation, and GTM Tech. Lead deep-dive analyses on pipeline health, funnel conversion, productivity, quota attainment, forecasting, and territory effectiveness. Turn ambiguous business questions into scalable analytics, dashboards, data products, and self-service tools using SQL, Python, and AI-forward workflows, and present insights to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with GTM stakeholders to identify high-value analytical opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
•Lead deep-dive analyses across pipeline health, funnel conversion, seller productivity, quota attainment, coverage/territory effectiveness, forecasting, and broader GTM performance trends.
•Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, clear recommendations, and scalable data solutions.
•Build scalable dashboards, datasets, reporting layers, analytical frameworks, and self-service tools to improve decision quality and speed.
•Use SQL and Python to drive data extraction, transformation, analysis, automation, modeling, and repeatable insight generation, including applying AI technologies to improve analytical workflows.

•Strong fluency in SQL and Python, as both are core requirements for success in this role.

•Strong background supporting go-to-market, sales, revenue, customer, or commercial organizations in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
•Experience building scalable analytics assets such as data models, dashboards, automated workflows, decision frameworks, or reusable insight products.
