Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver client solutions by assessing financial wellness needs and referring investment and insurance products.
  • •Build a client referral pipeline by identifying/developing internal and external centers of influence and documenting prospecting activities.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and competitive offerings to lead meaningful financial wellness conversations.
  • •Open and support personal and business accounts, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Support branch operations as needed (including teller transactions) and ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
  • •Experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking) (required).
  • •Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and influence business partners using centers of influence (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office, including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile/apps/web) (required).
