Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day platform operations including content stewardship, partner audience experiences, and vendor partner support.
  • •Handle content uploads and platform hygiene: user access, permissions, and admin best-practice office hours.
  • •Enforce governance standards across the admin population, including naming conventions, content health, and deprecation policies.
  • •Advise program owners and admins on platform functionality, modality selection, and program structure; support rollout and adoption of CoE-type policies.
  • •Provide strategic platform recommendations on configuration and optimization and contribute to enablement initiatives such as the Digital Sales Room pilot.

Salary: EUR 46,200 - 67,760 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years managing enablement platforms (e.g., Mindtickle or similar) in enterprise environments, including administration, modalities, reporting, permissions, and content management.
  • •Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and without daily direction.
  • •Comfort advising admins and stakeholders, including those with higher organizational seniority.
  • •Familiarity with digital adoption platforms such as Whatfix or WalkMe at a functional/conceptual level.
  • •Understanding of Salesforce as it relates to enablement tool integrations.
