Job Summary

Lead the A220 manual and automatic flight control laws product development for the A220 program, serving as the primary point of contact. Coordinate, support, and monitor deliverables across time, cost, quality, and maturity; consolidate risks and opportunities; manage changes, risks, and escalations. Work closely with flight control laws teams in Mirabel and Toulouse, represent the team in project reviews, support budgeting, and manage subcontractor planning and workload.

•Coordinate, support, and monitor manual and automatic control laws activities to meet agreed requirements for time, cost, quality, and maturity.
•Ensure close coordination with other teams interacting with Control Laws to achieve consolidated planning.
•Support budget definition and ensure strict adherence.
•Represent the team in project reviews and manage subcontractor planning and workload.
•Lead the process to identify, manage, and escalate changes, risks, and opportunities; consolidate Risk & Opportunities (R&O) and lead CoC R&O reviews.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor, Master or PhD in Aeronautical Engineering, with a required background in Flight Control Laws.
•At least 10 years of aerospace industry experience, including at least 5 years in control laws development with understanding of aircraft-level interdependencies.
•Project management experience including plans, schedules, roadmaps, stakeholder management, interdependencies, risk identification, mitigation planning, and adapting to changing situations.
•Deep technical understanding of flight control laws to coordinate complex activities, anticipate dependencies, and ensure timely inputs for control law specialists.
•Good interpersonal skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team and interface with stakeholders, suppliers, and leadership.
