Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate, support, and monitor manual and automatic control laws activities to meet agreed requirements for time, cost, quality, and maturity.
  • •Ensure close coordination with other teams interacting with Control Laws to achieve consolidated planning.
  • •Support budget definition and ensure strict adherence.
  • •Represent the team in project reviews and manage subcontractor planning and workload.
  • •Lead the process to identify, manage, and escalate changes, risks, and opportunities; consolidate Risk & Opportunities (R&O) and lead CoC R&O reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor, Master or PhD in Aeronautical Engineering, with a required background in Flight Control Laws.
  • •At least 10 years of aerospace industry experience, including at least 5 years in control laws development with understanding of aircraft-level interdependencies.
  • •Project management experience including plans, schedules, roadmaps, stakeholder management, interdependencies, risk identification, mitigation planning, and adapting to changing situations.
  • •Deep technical understanding of flight control laws to coordinate complex activities, anticipate dependencies, and ensure timely inputs for control law specialists.
  • •Good interpersonal skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team and interface with stakeholders, suppliers, and leadership.
