Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and scale the Data Foundation Global Solution Engineering organization across INTL regions as one unified team, attracting and retaining top talent.
  • •Position the Data Foundation portfolio (integration, data management, governance, and agentic capabilities) to align with customers’ evolving AI, data, automation, and transformation priorities.
  • •Drive continuous innovation in solution selling strategies with differentiated, industry-specific value propositions.
  • •Build and sustain trusted C-level relationships with strategic customers and guide complex digital transformation initiatives to measurable outcomes.
  • •Partner with Sales and align with Product, Engineering, and Innovation teams to co-develop go-to-market strategy and enable field teams and customers to realize MuleSoft and Informatica value.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive pre-sales leadership or consulting experience in enterprise software with strong sales orientation and commercial acumen.
  • •Proven ability to build and grow trusted C-level relationships, especially with CIOs and senior IT stakeholders.
  • •Strong technical acumen translating complex integration, API management, data management platforms, data governance, and master data management concepts clearly.
  • •Experience leading complex enterprise transformations, including shaping multi-phase roadmaps and driving innovation at scale.
  • •Demonstrated success scaling high-performing global pre-sales or consulting organizations with operational excellence and a growth mindset.
