Job Summary

Lead a team responsible for consolidating and managing global real estate contracts within RTX’s Enterprise Services organization. Drive multi-year sourcing strategies, act as strategic advisor to stakeholders, and serve as lead negotiator for managed services and consulting engagements. Own end-to-end contract processes and enable continuous improvement using technology and data-backed insights to deliver consistency, harmonization, and contract savings.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute multi-year sourcing strategies for corporate real estate, optimizing cost, performance, and risk mitigation.
•Serve as strategic advisor to real estate stakeholders on market insights, supplier landscapes, and sourcing best practices.
•Lead and escalate negotiations for managed services, solutions, consulting engagements, and digital services.
•Manage end-to-end contract processes, including review, redlining, drafting amendments, and coordinating execution for MTAs, MSAs, Order Forms, NDAs, and related documents.
•Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes, risk tracking, and stakeholder engagement using technology and data-backed insights.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 15 years of sourcing and procurement management experience, with at least 5 years preferred in real estate.
•Experience creating sourcing roadmaps, developing category strategies, and handling risk management and requirement change management.
•Experience supporting clients with global needs and assessing how local law, global trade, and privacy constraints impact solution viability.
•Strong negotiations and sourcing skills with understanding of different contract types.
•Ability to collaborate effectively across Enterprise Services, business units, and external suppliers, with demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
