Source candidates through channels like LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards, screen resumes and run initial candidate screens, and coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback with hiring managers. Maintain accurate ATS records and help improve hiring operations as the team scales, including candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
