Financial Relationship Banker

Serve consumer and business customers in a branch banking role by identifying financial goals, retaining and growing relationships, and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products. Resolve customer issues with excellent service, run a disciplined sales process using pre-set appointments and referrals, and educate customers on using online, mobile, and ATM banking. Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies while following operational, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
