Cluster Collections Manager-DELHI NCR

Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives for a defined cluster, partnering with third-party recovery agencies to achieve collections targets. Own portfolio delinquency rates and recovery of overdue payments, using data-driven strategies to control roll rates and reduce delinquency buckets. Ensure compliance with collection SOPs and internal/regulatory guidelines, and provide daily monitoring plus regular reporting on cluster performance, challenges, and improvement actions.
