Job Summary

Lead strategic consulting engagements with government and commercial clients to translate workforce development goals into Esri training programs, assess skills gaps, design development roadmaps, and drive adoption of Esri technologies across organizations. Partner with the Business Development team to close capability gaps and articulate the value of training to internal and external customers; travel up to 20%.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor, consulting with customer organizations to understand their mission, operational priorities, and desired outcomes.
•Conduct skills gap analysis to identify the workforce capabilities needed to achieve organizational goals.
•Design and propose workforce development roadmaps that align Esri training to customer’s skill gaps, strategic objectives, and critical business goals.
•Proactively identify business development opportunities within the existing customer base through ongoing consultative engagement and discovery.
•Partner with teams across Esri to shape comprehensive solutions that address each customer’s organizational challenges.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 93,600 - 178,880 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of consulting, advisory, or workforce development experience.
•Direct work-related experience in or familiarity with the organizations and operations of the communities served (such as state and local government).

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentation.
•Ability to travel as needed, up to 20% of the time.
•US citizenship
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
