Job Summary

Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for business-critical applications in a 24x7 environment. Monitor application health, availability, and performance, investigate and resolve incidents within SLA timelines, and perform RCA with preventive actions. Manage deployments, releases, and change activities, troubleshoot application/infrastructure/database/middleware issues, and support disaster recovery and operational readiness. Use Linux/Unix administration and observability tools to analyze logs and metrics, while collaborating with engineering, infrastructure, and database teams.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in Application Production Support or Application Operations.
•Strong hands-on experience with Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting.
•Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
•Solid understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
