Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of Sales, Business Development, and/or Sales Business Operations.
  • •2+ years of Ag Retail selling experience, including agronomic field work, presentations, persuasive negotiation, customer service, conflict resolution, and independent work.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able to maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
