Job Summary

Own customer success for key enterprise accounts in BytePlus’s GenAI & SaaS offerings, serving as the primary technical point of contact through the post-sales lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts and build long-term stakeholder relationships.
•Provide expert technical guidance during the post-sales phase and share product application best practices.
•Own and lead delivery for cloud migration, deployment, and expansion projects with on-time completion and ongoing support.
•Act as the lead liaison for technical issues and escalations, proactively identifying solutions to evolving customer needs.
•Maintain thought leadership in Cloud, AI, and ML by contributing to technical documentation and internal best practices.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager, Cloud Solution Architect, CSM, or Technical Project Manager.
•Deep expertise in cloud or AI product suites from major providers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
•Experience providing technical guidance post-sales and aligning solutions to customer business objectives.
•Ability to lead delivery and coordinate with customers to ensure on-time completion and continuous support.
•Preferred experience working with Digital Native Businesses (DNBs), ISVs, and Systems Integrators (SIs) in e-commerce, media, gaming, or education.
