Job Summary

Drive Financial Planning & Analysis across the ResiComm business, supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis. Partner with Local Finance, Shared Services, Regional Finance, and Group Finance to deliver accurate reporting and commercial insights. Own key outputs including monthly close support, management reports and business review packs, variance and risk/opportunity analysis, and project cash flow forecasts—while contributing to finance transformation through reporting automation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the monthly financial close process by coordinating with finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, balance sheet integrity, and timely reconciliations.
•Prepare monthly management reports, business review packs, and financial analyses to support decisions and monitor performance.
•Analyze financial performance across key areas (sales, leasing, working capital, cash flow, funding) to identify risks, opportunities, and improvements.
•Support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, long-term business plans, and financial model preparation aligned to business objectives.
•Contribute to finance transformation initiatives such as reporting automation, process improvements, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or Commercial Finance, including at least 1 year within the real estate industry.
•Experience in real estate, construction, project management, or mixed-use developments.
•Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, management reporting, and business performance management.
•Solid understanding of accounting standards (EAS, IAS, IFRS) and financial statement preparation.
•Experience building financial models, cash flow forecasts, variance analysis, and management reporting; proficiency in Excel and ERP financial systems (SAP and Yardi preferred).
