Job Summary

Lead the delivery of advanced MRI technical training for Field Service Engineers and Installers across regions and learning environments. Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended courses covering MRI safety, installation, acceptance testing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance optimization. Coach learners, mentor junior trainers, execute and improve established curricula using engineering releases and feedback, and collaborate with Service Engineering, Product, Quality, Regulatory, and Service Operations to maintain global training standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and blended MRI technical training programs for service engineers and installers.
•Facilitate complex technical courses including MRI safety, installation, site readiness, acceptance testing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance optimization.
•Assess learner performance, provide coaching, and mentor less experienced instructors to improve delivery excellence and facilitation skills.
•Execute and continuously improve MRI curricula by updating training materials based on engineering releases, product updates, field feedback, and evaluations.
•Coordinate training schedules and laboratory readiness, ensure compliance with quality/safety/regulatory/audit requirements, and support global standardization of learning delivery processes.
