Job Summary

Manage the procure-to-pay process for indirect materials, ensuring timely, cost-effective purchasing aligned with supply chain objectives. Execute procurement activities such as RFP preparation, supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and purchase order management. Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain policy compliance, monitor supplier performance and contract adherence, and resolve delivery, shortage, or quality issues. Prepare and analyze procurement data and price proposals to support strategic cost optimization.

•Manage the procure-to-pay process for indirect materials and oversee purchasing activities aligned to operational and supply chain objectives.
•Execute procurement processes including RFP preparation, supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and purchase order management.
•Manage sourcing activities to procure goods, materials, supplies, and services while ensuring policy compliance and favorable terms.
•Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance, resolving delays, shortages, or quality issues.
•Prepare and analyze price proposals, financial reports, and procurement data to support cost optimization and decision-making.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field (or an advanced degree in a related field).
•At least 3 years of experience with SAP procurement software or similar ERP systems in a supply chain/procurement environment.
•At least 3 years managing end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract oversight.
•Advanced proficiency in English.
•Experience analyzing supplier performance, ensuring contract compliance, and resolving delivery issues.
