Key Responsibilities

•Lead cash handling and manage all cash transactions and tills/POS
•Execute opening and closing store procedures and ensure loss prevention standards
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of product information and stay updated on global activities and projects
•Coach the team to ensure excellent standard of technical product knowledge
•Lead stock room strategy and inventory management, and maintain visual standards for a premium experience

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing or retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role
•Strong communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills
•Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or other ERP systems (preferred, not required)
•Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work independently or as part of a team
•Eye for maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
