Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the organization with a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and a customer-first mindset.
  • •Attract, build, and develop Engineering Engagement and technical product leaders; define and implement the stakeholder engagement model.
  • •Own end-to-end stakeholder relationships for software and platform engineering services, from intake and prioritization through delivery and ongoing success.
  • •Establish engagement/escalation paths and service delivery frameworks, including service level objectives, contract management, and governance.
  • •Drive internal product management and portfolio prioritization, and implement customer success strategies using metrics for adoption and time-to-value.

Key Requirements

  • •Current or prior experience operating at the VP level in an established company.
  • •15+ years of relevant technology and/or product management experience, including 8+ years of people management and 4+ years of product management supporting capabilities used by millions of users or $100M+ offerings.
  • •Demonstrated success defining and implementing software/platform engineering service delivery models for multiple internal stakeholders.
