Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical design and execution of major products, features, and engineering initiatives.
  • •Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
  • •Stay hands-on through coding, prototyping, code reviews, debugging, and production problem-solving.
  • •Make architecture decisions and technical trade-offs balancing speed, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • •Mentor engineers and strengthen engineering capability; monitor production, investigate incidents, resolve root causes, and improve reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience building and shipping production systems with a strong software engineering background.
