Own strategic narratives and recommendations using data-backed insights while collaborating across R&D, product, global innovation, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead structured market discovery and insight generation across AMEA.
•Conduct deep-dive ecosystem interviews and translate qualitative/quantitative insights into opportunity areas.
•Build and manage an innovation funnel aligned with AMEA strategic priorities, evaluating opportunities using structured frameworks (market attractiveness, feasibility, ROI).
•Drive concept development from idea to validated business case and lead cross-functional innovation projects through commercialization.
•Develop strategic recommendations and thought leadership, supporting leadership with data-backed insights and narratives while identifying whitespace opportunities.

Key Requirements

•8-12 years of experience in management consulting (preferred) or strategy/innovation roles in leading organizations.
•Prior experience in innovation, new product development, or market strategy.
•Hands-on experience in primary research, market analysis, opportunity sizing, and business case development.
•Strong problem-solving and structured thinking; able to derive insights from ambiguity.
•Strong project management skills to drive execution and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
