Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform table maintenance duties according to HOB service standards.
  • •Complete opening/running/closing duties per HOB service standards.
  • •Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous, polite manner.
  • •Safely transport bus tubs (up to 40 lbs) from table areas to the dish room.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and sanitation by handling spills, trash/recycling, ice bins, and stocking line supplies throughout shifts.

Key Requirements

  • •Maintain restaurant cleanliness and follow House of Blues service standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • •High volume kitchen operations experience as an expeditor or server in a high volume environment.
  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training (or equivalent) certification.
  • •Exceptional communication skills with a sense of urgency and strong time management.
  • •High school diploma and strong understanding of kitchen sanitation standards.
