Maintain restaurant cleanliness and support smooth service by performing table maintenance, and opening/running/closing duties to House of Blues standards. Respond to guest requests, keep areas organized and safe, and handle spill cleanup, trash/recycling, and sanitation procedures. Transport bus tubs, keep ice bins fully stocked, and assist as needed while staying current on operating procedures and menu items.
