Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and install telecommunications equipment in Mercer, PA, and surrounding telecommunication sites.
•Troubleshoot complex telecommunications issues to isolate outages and restore services.
•Use a ticketing system to document resolution of telecommunication outages, installations, and repairs.
•Interface professionally with employees, management, vendors, and customers as part of day-to-day work.
•Schedule work for optimum efficiency, work with limited supervision, and be available for callouts, unscheduled overtime, and travel.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, with an Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology preferred.
•At least 4 years of active experience in electronic technology or telecommunications (degree substitute may be accepted).
•Direct, active telecommunications experience (minimum of three years to be considered for Level II Tech and higher).
•Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record for travel.
•A Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) is required (able to obtain or retain).
