Job Summary

Responsible for repairs, installations, and field change orders for medical monitoring systems, including remote repairs and troubleshooting across clinical, technical, and economic considerations. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication, escalation management, and collaboration with internal/external partners, while mentoring colleagues. Perform installation onboarding, coordinate small projects, handle IT/network issues, and support sales/project management with technical input. Key Responsibilities

•Independently perform repairs and installations (including remote repairs) and execute field change orders, including system-wide error analysis and solution finding.
•Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication, active escalation management, and close collaboration with internal/external partners, including guiding colleagues.
•Conduct technical onboarding for installations, coordinate small projects (e.g., moves, upgrades), and independently resolve IT/network disruptions.
•Support sales and project management with technical questions, share relevant information, and maintain customer care within maintenance/servicing.
•Complete all work documentation per Philips quality criteria, report safety-relevant defects, and comply with relevant processes; act as a medical devices consultant under §31 MPG and communicate with supervisory authorities.

Travel: High travel

Salary: EUR 57,048 - 64,297.78 annually

•High flexibility with >70% regional travel readiness, including weekend work and 24/7 on-call; radiology experience and radiation protection qualification are required.
