Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently perform repairs and installations (including remote repairs) and execute field change orders, including system-wide error analysis and solution finding.
  • •Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication, active escalation management, and close collaboration with internal/external partners, including guiding colleagues.
  • •Conduct technical onboarding for installations, coordinate small projects (e.g., moves, upgrades), and independently resolve IT/network disruptions.
  • •Support sales and project management with technical questions, share relevant information, and maintain customer care within maintenance/servicing.
  • •Complete all work documentation per Philips quality criteria, report safety-relevant defects, and comply with relevant processes; act as a medical devices consultant under §31 MPG and communicate with supervisory authorities.
