Key Responsibilities

  • •Role model Magnet leadership style and promote Magnet-related philosophies and goals across the nursing division and organization.
  • •Lead Magnet Recognition program activities, including documentation preparation, planning, implementation, and continuous improvement to achieve/maintain ANCC Magnet status.
  • •Coordinate collaboration and communication across interdisciplinary teams; educate nursing staff and Shared Governance Council on Magnet standards and expectations.
  • •Oversee preparation, collection, analysis, and submission of nursing outcomes and satisfaction data, including site-visit readiness and required evidence reports (ANCC and NDNQI).
  • •Monitor program effectiveness with KPIs, lead internal audits/surveys for readiness, and recommend continuous improvements aligned with Magnet standards.

Key Requirements

  • •BSN and MSN/MBA.
  • •Nursing licensure/registration with the Nursing Board of home country (DoH).
  • •Not less than 10 years post-graduate experience, preferably in acute tertiary hospitals.
  • •Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and ability to produce timely reports.
  • •Competent computer skills; preferred educator background and experience; desired Magnet program experience for at least 2 years.
