Job Summary

Operate and enhance the enterprise Data Governance Platform with a focus on Informatica Cloud Data Governance Catalog (CDGC) and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ). Ensure trusted, discoverable data through metadata management, data quality controls, and end-to-end data lineage, while leveraging AI-enabled observability and integrations across business units and platform teams.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Configure and automate data quality rules and monitoring frameworks within CDQ, including AI-based anomaly detection and monitoring.
•Use AI to ensure accurate capture, validation, and maintenance of end-to-end data lineage, supporting impact analysis and regulatory transparency.
•Define and implement data observability metrics (e.g., completeness, freshness, accuracy, reliability) with reporting and dashboards using AI tools to surface trends and insights.
•Use AI assistants and agents to generate and maintain business glossaries, data asset descriptions, and stewardship documentation; propose data quality rules and policies based on metadata patterns.
•Collaborate with data stewards and business stakeholders to drive adoption of catalog and governance capabilities, including training on AI-assisted catalog features and platform usage.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.
