Key Responsibilities

  • •Enforce corporate HSSE policies and procedures in the geography and adapt them to local requirements as needed.
  • •Conduct periodic HSSE audits on geography offices and supervision sites, and ensure corrective action for non-conformances.
  • •Summarize audit findings in periodic HSSE audit reports and recommend corrective action plans and reports.
  • •Support preparation of periodic audit finding reports and HSSE performance reports, and maintain an HSSE audit database.
  • •Support HSSE training and awareness sessions and assist supervision teams with development of construction HSSE plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in an HSSE function, preferably in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning industry.
  • •ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 Internal Auditor experience and knowledge of HSSE compliance requirements and audit programs.
  • •Experience executing HSSE audits and delivering HSSE training programs.
  • •Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and strong analytical capabilities.
