Job Summary

Provide product knowledge and inside sales support for drywall-industry building materials, including taking orders at the sales counter and by phone. Build customer relationships, enter and complete sales orders in the company system, and handle cash sales. Quote prices, discuss credit terms, prepare sales order forms/reports, and overcome customer objections. Coordinate with outside sales reps and sales managers on strategic approaches to purchases.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with outside sales reps and sales managers and overcome objections from prospective customers.
