•Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of complex infrastructure solutions aligned to client and business requirements.
•Drive infrastructure integration and optimization to ensure interoperability across platforms, third-party applications, and legacy systems.
•Troubleshoot highly complex infrastructure issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
•Conduct advanced testing, validation, and performance optimization to maximize reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
•Establish and maintain configuration management, version control, governance, and produce technical documentation and operational procedures.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering support, cloud technologies, system administration, systems architecture, or a related role in a health tech, hospital, or medical device environment.
•In-depth IT knowledge including virtualization, SQL, Microsoft OS, Linux, and Citrix.
•Experience supporting/deploying Rhapsody and XML and/or DICOM interfaces (strongly preferred).
•Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Ability to manage multiple projects in a complex, customer-facing, global environment.
